Sowiso release notes are posted on our knowledge base. If you wish to receive an email notification when new release notes are available, be sure to follow the section on the knowledge base.
Step 1: Create an account on our knowledge base
Creating an account on the Sowiso knowledge base only takes a few minutes and is only done once. This account will allow you to:
- "Follow" articles and sections, so that you can be notified via email if a new article is published.
- Have an overview of all your requests with their live statuses, so you always know the most recent update.
- Leave a note or add an attachment to a previously sent request.
Step 2: Follow the "Release notes" section
Go to the category "Release notes", then to the section "Release notes" and click on the "Follow" button in the upper right corner.
Once you are following the section, you will be notified by email:
- When the early release notes are available. These are sent about two weeks before the actual release. They are not final release notes, as things might still change (items might be added/removed) for the actual release.
- When the actual release notes are available. These are available on the day of the release.
